The Journey
This very limited lot represents the peak portion of the wild black tea’s harvest. Done entirely through the efforts of the Chang Cooperative’s initiative to preserve and highlight Yunnan indigenous styles and the farmers who tend to those groves—this lot represents a masterfully fired selection from several local producers in Lincang. Processed by hand using the old Gong Fu Dian Hong method, bundled in cloth during oxidation, shaped and fired by hand in a small pan rather than a conveyor fed oven.
The Experience
Beautiful floral bouquet with toasted almond and spices that warm your palette.
